The PIC Competency training course introduces students to promote a high standard of personal hygiene throughout the food operation. It will ensure food workers suffering from foodborne illness how to work safely in their field safely.
Who should attend?
The Person in Charge Level 3 is a certification aimed at caterers and
other food handlers. The qualification is intended for candidates already
working in catering that have a supervisory role. The types of establishments are listed in the Guidance Document issued by the Food Control Department of Dubai Municipality.
