Business Development

A reputed company in the Metal Fabrication is currently looking for competent Business Development

Ideal candidates must be/have:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of sales management with direct sales experience in the metal fabricating industry
• Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/services
• Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office
• Ability to conduct business in an ethical, successful manner
• Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal, professional growth
• Must be able to read/interpret blueprints thoroughly.
• Knowledge of CAD programs a plus
• Preferred Nationality – Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, European

Job Descriptions:

• Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers
• Review and/or update pricing on existing parts
• Review each quote to assure that all detail has been included and that profit is acceptable
• Follow up with potential customers to turn a quote into an order within a reasonable timeframe
• Manage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when needed
• Contact potential new customers for issues or general sales visit
• Revise pricing on existing parts and submit to customers
• Get involved with quality issues either internally or at a customer’s facility
• Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the LES management team
• Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan
• Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with LES marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team
• Travel to prospective clients and markets as needed

Additional Information:

• Sales Target: 50-60 Million
• Commission 1% (against sales revenue)
